Born on the shores of the Caspian Sea, the founder of Via Caspia understands the journey of foreign buyers not only professionally, but personally. Having once been a foreign buyer himself, he experienced first-hand how difficult the process can become when dealing with unfamiliar laws, local bureaucracy, language barriers, unclear costs, inflated prices, and unreliable intermediaries.

What should be an exciting acquisition can quickly become stressful, confusing, and unnecessarily expensive.
